Sealed Archive is a permanent public archive where people seal messages, images, and recordings for the future. Once sealed, capsules unlock at a chosen year and become publicly viewable forever.

The Story

In 2025, we began building Sealed Archive: a permanent archive where people can seal messages for the future. Unlike social media, blogs, or temporary platforms, this archive is designed to last decades.

Each capsule is sealed until a chosen year—2030, 2035, 2040, 2045, or 2050. Once sealed, it cannot be edited or deleted. When the year arrives, it unlocks publicly and remains viewable forever.

This is not a startup. It is infrastructure for long-term memory. We are building something meant to be discovered by people who haven't been born yet.

Why This Exists Now

The internet is good at the present moment. It is less good at preserving meaning across decades. Most platforms are built to be acquired, shut down, or replaced.

We are building something different: a permanent archive with no editing, no deletion, no second chances. What you seal is what will remain. This creates a different kind of intentionality.

The first capsules will unlock in 2030. By then, this archive will have grown into a historical record of what mattered to people in 2025, 2026, 2027, and beyond.

What Makes This Different

Permanence, Not Performance

This is not optimized for engagement, likes, or shares. It is optimized for permanence. Once sealed, a capsule cannot be changed. This creates a different kind of care.

Time-Locked, Not Time-Sensitive

Capsules unlock at a chosen year, not when they go viral. The archive grows slowly, deliberately, over decades. The first unlock is 2030. The last unlock we offer is 2050.

Archive, Not Platform

This is not a social network. There are no feeds, no algorithms, no engagement metrics. It is a public archive. A library. A monument to what people wanted to leave behind.

Philosophy

"We are building infrastructure for long-term memory. Not for today's metrics, but for tomorrow's discovery. This archive will outlive any company, any trend, any moment. It is meant to be found by people who haven't been born yet."

Sealed Archive is built on a simple principle: some things are meant to last. Not everything needs to be optimized for immediate engagement. Some things are meant to be sealed, forgotten, and rediscovered.
